RESCHEDULING
We understand that plans can change. This policy outlines how clients may reschedule appointments while helping us maintain an organized and fair schedule for all.
Rescheduling Notice
Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule an appointment without penalty. Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may be treated as a late cancellation and could incur a fee as outlined in our Cancellation Policy.
How to Reschedule
Appointments may be rescheduled by contacting us via text, email, or through our online booking system. We do not accept rescheduling requests via social media.
Availability
We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time, but availability is not guaranteed. Scheduling is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Frequent Rescheduling
Clients who frequently reschedule with short notice may be asked to prepay for future services or may have scheduling limitations placed on future bookings.
